KDC’s founding dataset is live: 33 project-site records across seven states, resolved from 183 per-source signals by the project’s two gnomes and merged through schema-and-integrity-checked pull requests.

The depth is where it was promised: 27 records in Virginia, including the Greater Richmond Metro — Henrico’s White Oak corridor (Meta, QTS and its 17-building expansion plans, Iron Mountain, DC BLOX), Chesterfield’s three Google campuses and the Meadowville cluster, Goochland’s first Technology-Overlay-District applicant, Powhatan’s permitted Page Road campus, and Hanover — where the record includes what didn’t happen: one denied and one withdrawn proposal, kept as first-class cancelled records. Dead proposals are signal too.

National breadth: Stargate Abilene, Meta’s Hyperion in Louisiana, AWS Project Rainier in Indiana, xAI’s Colossus builds in Memphis, Microsoft Fairwater in Wisconsin, and Google Council Bluffs.

Every value traces to a source URL; conflicting reports are kept visible in each record’s notes and its underlying signals rather than silently resolved. Where research found nothing, the coverage page says so — New Kent County has no data-center project, and that fact is documented, not omitted.

Browse the sites, read the schemas and provenance, or take the YAML — it’s all CC BY 4.0.
